Renovation and rehabilitation of the Grabhorn Press building. The renovation included seismically renovating the entire building to allow daylight to fill each floor including the basement, restoration and highlighting of the remaining historic features and the creation of a complementary modern interior law office for the owner/occupier. The renovation was completed in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and the building is listed on the National Register for Historic Places.
